Main responsabilities
- Adhere to organizational guidelines and quality standards for production
- Follow a defined production schedule
- Identify various problems and potential causes; propose solutions and improvements
- Ensure proper communication and information transfer during shift handovers
What we are looking for
Use of CNC Machines or Equivalent – Methodical and Diligent
- Compliance with procedures and safety standards (First Aid Training)
- Responsible and proactive, fostering team spirit
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
- Contribute to the smooth operation of production facilities through initiative and decision-making
- Comfortable with digital tools
- Languages: English, German (depending on intervention site), French is a plus
