Main Mission

As the Head of Operations, you are the operational driver of our growth. You ensure the planning, execution, and optimization of all our operational activities, from logistics to project delivery, guaranteeing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You play a key role in deploying our technology in Switzerland and internationally, working closely with our teams and partners.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Leadership & Operational Strategy:

·       Steer and optimize all operational processes (planning, logistics, support, quality, safety).

·       Align resources (human, technical, material) with strategic objectives and the project portfolio.

·       Develop, monitor, and optimize the operations budget.

·       Act as a Key Leader within the management team, contributing to the company's vision and growth.

Project Management & Execution:

·       Monitor and supervise the execution of all projects in Switzerland.

·       Collaborate closely with our project managers to align practices and ensure operational consistency.

·       Participate in deployment in new markets.

·       Ensure regular and structured reporting to Project Managers and senior management.

Operational Excellence & Customer Support:

·       Guarantee the quality and safety of all on-site interventions.

·       Oversee transport logistics and the supply chain.

·       Manage customer operations and after-sales support, ensuring an impeccable customer experience.

·       Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reliability.

Desired Profile

·       Higher education (Master's/Engineering degree) in operations management, logistics, project management, or a technical field.

·       Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a similar role as Head of Operations, Senior Project Manager, or Logistics Manager, ideally in an industrial, technological, or high-end services environment.

·       Experience in team management and managing complex projects.

·       Excellent command of planning and budget control.

·       Languages: Fluent in English and French (mandatory). Proficiency in German is a major asset.

·       Mobility: Willing to travel occasionally in Europe (and potentially beyond) for projects or meetings.
